Tatsuma Hiyuu

Utama

Tatsuma Hiyuu is a mysterious boy who transfers to Magami High School. He is often shown as being very silent, amiable, and carefree, but actually he has more insight on the people around him. He usually hangs out with Kyouichi and helps him fight gangsters from other schools, giving him the status of the fifth most delinquent student in Magami High School's history. Tatsuma is probably the only one in the group who is close to Kyouichi and would often calmly tease and irritate him. He is a skilled martial artist and fights using a "tekou" (wrist and hand armor); he knows a person's vital points, whether or not they are fighting seriously, and if they have killed before. He is often the first to realize a threat that is approaching them, and sometimes gets a strange feeling when someone near him is in danger. Unbeknownst to his friends, and adding to his mysteriousness, prior to enrolling in Magami High, it is revealed that Tatsuma was sent there by his Sensei, who said that his skills would be needed in Shinjuku. Tatsuma carries strange birthmarks on his hands, and although it is never shown in the anime, he also carries markings on both feet as well as a larger symbol on his chest. His father told him to treasure them because they gave him powers that will one day be of important use. However, only Aoi knows of his marks. In flashbacks of his childhood, Tatsuma played games with other kids and he was instantly able to guess or find the other children with some sort of precognitive powers. This caused the other kids to shun or fear Tatsuma, making him feel different. He has had a difficult time making friends because of this. Due to his handsome looks and habit of falling asleep in class, Tatsuma is often called "Sleeping Beauty" by his homeroom teacher. He is always seen wearing a blue hoody, with his school uniform worn over it. Tatsuma dislikes regular milk, so when he was a child, his mother mixed in some strawberries, calling it 'magic'. Since then, he is often seen drinking strawberry milk. Presently Tatsuma lives alone after traveling to Tokyo; Tatsuma is a descendant of Tatsuto Hiyuu from the prequel game Tokyo Majin Gakuen: Gehouchou. Tatsuto and Tenkai Kodzunu had battled during the Bakumatsu, and this is shown in flashbacks between Tatsuma and Tendou Kodzunu. Kyouichi Houraiji

Utama

Male · Umur 17 · Gol. darah B

Kyouichi is a well-known delinquent at Magami High, Kendo Club captain (though he never attends meets) and noted "samurai for hire" who always carries around a bokutou. He often gets into fights with gangsters from other schools as well as street thugs. When he first encounters Tatsuma, they engage in a fierce fight, which turns out to have been just a way of getting to know each other. Both have an instant connection and become close friends. When he was still a child, Kyouichi's father was a bouncer for a bar in the red-light district, and was killed by a local gang. After the death of his father, Kyouichi picked up his dad's bokutō and took it upon himself to take revenge against the assailants; he has a strong yet brash sense of justice, and though a bully, he fights to clean up the streets of Kabuki-cho. However, his immature self-righteousness nearly gets him killed by older boys, but a mysterious ronin named Kyoushiro Kamui saved him. Kamui, undertaking Kyouichi as his student, taught him the way of the sword in hopes of calming Kyouichi's hardened spirit. Kamui also introduced child-Kyouichi to Dr. Iwayama of Sakuragaoka Central Hospital, which specializes in supernatural cases, as well as gives him a home at the drag club DIVA. When Kamui suddenly disappears, it's no wonder Kyouichi felt as if he'd lost another father. A rather laid-back badboy, Kyouichi's favorite place is a local ramen shop. He may seem to be mean to others, but in the end, he always has their backs and tries to protect them. This is mostly seen towards Aoi, who he is always cruelly blunt towards, but he may care for her more than he admits. Kyouichi is a descendant of Kyougo Houraiji from the game Tokyo Majin Gakuen: Gehouchou. (Source: Wikipedia, Japan Wikipedia, and original video game data)

Despite her shortcomings, Komaki is a true friend once her trust is won. She is a champion archer, and although her fighting strengths are strong, Komaki is the weakest, emotionally and psychologically, of the five after gaining powers—she starts off being afraid and bitter at the fact that they have to risk their lives battling demons. Birthplace: Tokyo Birthday: October 25 Sign: Scorpio Hisui Kisaragi is a senior high school student at the Ouran Academy, and official of the Tea Ceremony club. To the everyday eye, this reserved, inconspicuous young man is the owner of an antiques shop, whose kin has had business dealings with the Misato family for a long time. In fact, Hisui has been close to Aoi since the two met as little children, being drawn to her warm sincereity and sympathy. He is very loyal to Aoi, and holds a psychologically deep-rooted affection for her, although he hardly speaks his true feelings. Hisui is the only one of the teenagers to fully understand the dangers that Tokyo now faces. The Kisaragi Clan is revealed to be a family that has killed demons since the days of the Tokugawa shogunate, protecting the city in secret. Since his childhood, he has trained to battle Oni, studying not only Ninjutsu, but Shinto and netherworld incantations. His primary weapons are kunai, or throwing blades. He is the one the Magami teenagers turn to for guidance and knowledge. Very traditional and slightly self-righteous, brooding Hisui clashes often with Kyouichi Houraiji, calling him a "simpleton" and insulted by the other boy's loud, brash and aggressive ways. Strongly devoted to his teachings and beliefs, Hisui struggles between duty, honor, and affection - especially when Aoi is revealed to contain the Bodhisattva Eye, a power his clan had sworn to destroy. He keeps to himself, and keeps everything inside, and Hisui Kisaragi seems to know early on that his Star of Fate falls under the Black Tortoise; he is the Vessel of Genbu, one of the deities to protect the Golden Dragon. Hisui is a descendant of Nagare Kisaragi, brother of Suzuri Kisaragi, from the game Tokyo Majin Gakuen: Gehouchou.
