Netto Hikari

Utama

Male

Netto is Rockman's operator, a NetNavi who was given to him by his father. He is lazy when it comes to his homework, but really likes Netbattles. The two of them fight evil organizations like World 3, Gospel, etc. In Axess, he joins the Net Saviors, protectors of the peace in the net, and has the ability to preform Cross Fusion (Fusion of Navi and their operator in the real world).

Kumiko Higa

Enzan Ijuuin

Utama

Enzan is your classic type of "I'm the best there is, now prove to me that your worthy to fight me" kind of character. Enzan is the creator and operator of the net navi Blues, otherwise known as Protoman. Both of them are very skilled and powerful fighters, Enzan alone is nicknamed the "prodigy netbattler" with hundreds of undefeated matches. Enzan takes on in interest in Netto and Rockman early on in the series, after he hears rumors about the "incredible blue navi" that's been solving crimes on the net. However he believes that Netto isn't all that he has cracked up to be, as Blues ends up saving Rockman from deletion more than once. As the series progresses further, we see Enzan opening up to Netto and his friends more and more. Eventually, we even get to see this boy start to smile on a daily basis (or almost). Still, Enzan never loses his series attitude, and he's always the first to think things through properly. He balances the rash Netto out quite well when they're in battle together. It is learned towards the end of Axess that

Mitsuki Saiga

Rockman.EXE

Utama

Rockman is Netto's Net Navi, and devoted friend. He's basically the "good guy" of the series, as he foils the World 3's plans continuously. Rockman has a default weapon used in battle known as his "Rock Buster", in which he does not need a battle chip from Netto to use. As the episodes of the series progress, Rockman himself often becomes to prime target of the World 3's evil operators and Navis. As the series progress, Rockman begins to acquire a vast amount of various style changes. Beginning in Season 2 and all the way into Beast, these range from simple elemental changes, to soul unisons with other navis, and finally to ravenous "beast-out" transformations. Despite all their troubles with Dr. Wily or some other evil, Rockman and Netto always remain the most dedicated of friends. Rockman is a good balance to Netto's irresponsible behavior.

Some NetNavis have speed, others have power, but Protoman has both. Cool and unbeatable, his special power is expert swordsmanship. With the guidance from his equally cool-headed and somewhat arrogant NetOp Chaud, Protoman is considered by many to be the most skilled NetNavi on the net. (Source: Capcom)

Masaya Matsukaze

Meiru Sakurai

Utama

Meiru is the operator of the cute Net Navi called Roll, and is Netto's best friend and next door neighbor. Meiru is very serious about her schoolwork, and also takes time to practice the piano. Usually where Netto is, Meiru is usually following.

Kaori Mizuhashi

Roll.EXE

Utama

Female

Name: Roll EXE (Roll) Race: Net Navi Age: unknown Hair: Blonde Eyes: Green Height: 4'6" Weight: 31.2 Roll is no longer the housekeeping maid she used to be, now she's a battling Navi. Meiru is Roll's operator, and good friend. When Roll is not accompanying Meiru, she often goes off to be with Rockman, Gutsman and Glyde. Roll's design is a very cute one, as well as quite different from her old design in the original Rockman games. She now has a long ponytail with a bow in it, as well as "antenna" like things that circle around her head. She uses these to attack her foes with, but it's also been shown that she can connect to programs with them as well within the net. Roll is actually quite a strong fighter, and her attacks reflect her cute style. She has the ability to turn virus foes to her side with a little "love", and her antennas can pack a good punch. Roll actually has numerous default attacks that she needs no battle chips for, including "Roll Whip", "Heart Slash", and "Roll Arrow". Roll is obviously very affectionate towards Rockman, and often becomes very jealous if another female tries to interfere. She'll do anything it takes to also protect him in battle, though often she becomes more of a distraction for him rather than any help.

Masako Jou

Shuuko Kido

Utama

Shuuko is a very shy young girl, who operates the net navi Aquaman. She lives with her two brothers Taichi and Atsuho, who happen to be twins. Her parents died when she was young, and she has been blaming herself for her misfortune ever since. This attitude has caused her self confidence to crumble, which affects the personality of her cute net navi as well. Poor Shuuko also has a reputation as "the bad luck girl", as unfortunate things happen wherever she goes. Therefor when Netto and the others meet her, they are very aprehensive. Higure eventually helps turn her spirit around, and re-awakens her self determination when Aquaman is in trouble. After these events, Shuuko sticks around to work at Higureya.

Mamiko Noto

Mariko Ozono

Utama

Umur 20

name: mariko ozono hair color: brown eye color: brown hair length: shoulder lenght height: 5'4 In Japanese "sensei" roughly translates to "teacher". Just like so, Mariko is Netto, Meiru, Dekao, Yaito, and Tohru's class teacher. She appears in episodes from time to time, but the main reason I included her in with the other main characters is because Masa and Higure are both trying to win this poor woman's affections. ^^; Apparently Mariko was Masa's teacher some time ago, and for Higure, she turned him around to a life of good instead of evil. Unfortunately for the both of them, she's in love with Commander Beef, who is Masa-san's super hero alter-ego. For the sake of keeping his secret identity, he can't reveal himself to her. Mariko becomes rather important during the Axess series, since we learn she has a twin sister named Yuriko. Mariko and Yuriko were seperated 15 years ago by a devastating incident, which led them along very different paths. While Mariko became a loving school teacher, Yuriko was absorbed into the dark syndicate of Nebula.

Noriko Hidaka

Laika

Utama

Like Netto, Laika is also a Net Savior. Unlike Netto, he takes his job very very seriously and depends solely on the traditional means of net navi battling. Laika absolutely despises Cross Fusion, thinking it as of unwanted technology that is not needed. Laika comes from the country of Sharo, and operates the net navi Searchman. As his attitude suggests, he considers himself a far better Net Savior than Netto. He repeatadly comments on how Japan's Net Saviors are weak minded and useless. It takes Netto a long struggle to finally earn a shred of respect from him, when his navi Rockman saves Searchman from the Dark Loid Desertman with Soul Unison. Even though Laika starts out as a tough nut, as usual Netto's friendly demeanor whittles away at his stone exteriour. Eventually Laika comes to respect Netto in the same way Enzan does. Surprisingly, Laika even bends out to accept Cross Fusion, and gains the ability himself during the series of Stream. (Source: Rockman.exe Online)

Hiro Yuuki

Yuriko Ozono

Utama

She is a member of Nebula in Axess and partners with Dr. Regal. She uses NeedleMan.EXE to cause trouble and can disguise herself as Mariko Ozono easily, the only difference being the lipstick and hair bun.

Noriko Hidaka

Tooru Hikawa

Pendukung

Male

Tohru is a classmate of Netto's, though he does not come in the series right away. His Net Navi is the adorable Iceman, who also helps out in maintaining his father's Water Plant. Tohru is a quiet kid and very responsible, he realizes that Iceman's duties are very important, and puts them ahead of Net Battling. Later in the series, it becomes a running joke that poor Tohru is always left behind when something "fun" is happening.

Kumiko Watanabe

Kero Midorikawa

Pendukung

Umur 16-17

Kero is introduced as one of the announcers for the N1 Grand Prix Net Battle Tournament. ^^ She's a commentator along with Higure! After the tournament ends, we see her as a normal broadcaster. We also see the joy of her operating her own net navi, Toadman. For those who do not no, in Japanese "kero" means frog. ^^

Akiko Nakagawa

Saloma

Pendukung

Saloma is a gardener, and seems to run her own flower shop. She is also the owner of the Net Navi Woodman, though she does not Net Battle in public very often. She will lend a hand to Rockman and Netto though when they need help. Woodman comes in handy against Electrical Navi's because he can absorb their attacks. Saloma is a very nice and gentle girl, and is friends with Netto and the others. ^^ She often is seen hanging out with Miyuki as well. Saloma also contains a secret identity as a special Net Agent, known as "Black Rose". Alongside with Miyuki and Masa (MiyuMiyu and Commander Beef), they fight against crime alongside Netto and the others!

Omi Minami

Dekao Ooyama

Pendukung

Male

Dekao is Netto's best friend, and favorite sparring partner when it comes to Navi net battles. Dekao's NetNavi is called Gutsman, who seems to fit Dekao's physique perfectly. Dekao is a fairly good net battler, more often using his strength head on rather than strategy. Dekao has a huge crush on his friend Meiru, and often gets jealous when she pays Netto more mind than him.

Yuusuke Numata

Gutsman.EXE

Pendukung

Dekao's NetNavi.

Yoshimitsu Shimoyama

Skullman.EXE

Pendukung

Skullman is Miyuki's net navi, and is very, very fast when in battle. He uses his high speed to move about then attack when his opponent has lost sight of him. He is an ally of Rockman's, and helps out when they're in a pinch.

Riichi Nishimoto

Yaito Ayanokouji

The operator of Glide.EXE. The genius daughter of the CEO of Gabgom, Yaito skipped from the 3rd grade to the 5th grade and is very wealthy, owning several mansions and vehicles.

Hinako Yoshino

Higure Yamitarou

Pendukung

Male

Higure is often called an "Otaku" by his rival Masa, mostly as an insult. In Japan the word "Otaku" means a person who extremely obsesses over something, to the point that their lives revolve around absolutely nothing but their obsession. In Higure's case, it's rare chip collecting. Higure has his own Rare Battle Chip shop in town, as well as his own Net Navi called Numberman. Higure doesn't get along with Masa, as they are both trying to compete for Mariko-sensei's affections.

Yuuji Ueda

Masa

Pendukung

Masa appears in nearly every single episode during the first two seasons, and mentions at least once to "Take your calcium!". Masa loves fish, they are definately his passion. He rides a bike throughout town, and wears a funny apron with a fish on it. When trying to talk to Masa about Net Battling, he'll pretend to not know a thing about it. "Net Bath? What is that?" However, we soon learn that Masa is not all who he appears to be. Masa also poses as the mysterious Net Battler known as "Commander Beef", and is the operator of the Net Navi called Sharkman (big surprise). He also seems to be the leader of an organization called Net Agents, which are geared towards stopping net crimes. When Masa is not parading around as Commander Beef, he's doting upon the beautiful Mariko-sensei, who is Netto's teacher at school. Unfortunately he has some competition for her affections, the rather nerdy otaku known as Higure Yamitaro. Masa likes to make him continuesly angry by mangling the pronunciation of Higure's last name.

Jin Horikawa

Yuuichirou Hikari

Pendukung

Yuuichiro is Netto's father, and is also the creater of Rockman. ^^ He is known as a very intelligent and valued Scientist, whom works at the Science Labs, but also travels around the world continuesly. Because of his job, he does not get to see his family very much, but he keeps them very much close at heart. As the series progresses into Axess, Yuuichirou is more often found at the Science Labs, as he develops research on the Dimensional Areas and Cross Fusion. Thus, he becomes much more of a common character past this point. He's often found working alongside a good friend, Meijin Eguchi (Mr. Famous).

Kouichi Nagano

Akiko Nakagawa

Pendukung

Jun Fukuyama

Anetta

Pendukung

Anetta is a young girl who's past was plagued by physical handicap. Her net navi, Silk, helped her through such times by offering courage and love. Anetta's luck turned for the worst when a fire broke out in her hospital, and her navi was deleted while trying to rescue her. The exact circumstances of Silk's deletion motivates Anetta to seek revenge against a certain Net Savior, with the aid of Nebula. Anetta's naive but gentle nature however leads her to leave Nebula behind, especially when she learns the truth about Silk. Source: Rockman.exe Online

Rie Kugimiya

Silk.EXE

Pendukung

Silk is the gentle and kind net navi of Anetta. During Anetta's stay at the hospital while dealing with her phycisal therapy, Silk lent her the courage to continue on. However, Silk was deleted when she tried to rescue Anetta from a fire that broke out in the hospital. Silk's sacrifice left an imprint of sadness on Anetta, leaving her to deal with her troubles on her own. Source: Rockman.exe Online

Rio Natsuki

Burnerman.EXE

Pendukung

Burnerman is a Dark Loid navi, under the command of Shademan. Burnerman is very unique in the aspect that he is the first navi to be introduced in the anime, before being revealed in the game version (in this case, Battle Network 4/ Rockman.EXE 4). His operator from the game, Atsuki Himura, is not present in the series. Burnerman is one of those kinds of characters that very much enjoys being evil (having been dubbed by fans as the rabid cupcake). He has many accessable flames on his body, making him a very dangerous foe. Source: Rockman.exe Online
