Attila is a member of Team Rocket. He appeared along with his partner, Hun, in The Legend of Thunder! His Japanese voice actor is 檜山修之 Nobuyuki Hiyama and his English voice actor is Marc Thompson. Attila and Hun both seem somewhat set in their rank, and approach missions casually. They seem to be keep their cool even when they lose. Even in these situations, they beat a calm retreat. Despite physical stereotypes, Hun is the dominant partner, telling Attila to do things that he could do himself. Attila doesn't object, or show any signs of aggravation over this role. One particular event where Attila loses his temper is when he finds that Marina has called for help.

Raikou
Utama

Team Rocket agents Attila and Hun tried to steal Raikou with the help of a device invented by Professor Sebastian. With help from Jimmy, Marina, Vincent and Eugene, Raikou managed to survive and defeat Team Rocket. A shiny Raikou made its first movie appearance alongside Celebi, and the other members of its trio in the thirteenth Pokémon movie, Ruler of Illusions: Zoroark. Raikou comes for a few seconds in Pokemon Season 4 Johto League Champions Episode 180 Houndoom’s Special Delivery around half way through the episode, Houndoom and Togepi see his back.

Joy
Pendukung
Nurse Joy is a recurring character in every Pokemon series released. There are multiple Nurse Joys in every town, city and region. They all look the same, have the same voice and personalities. There have been numerous speculations as to why all the Joys look alike, though it seems they are all related in some way. However, there have been instances in which a Nurse Joy has been known to have a different personality and appearance (such as the aggressive sun-tanned Nurse Joy of the Orange Islands). Brock has an ability to tell each Joy apart based on minute details in their differences. Each Joy works in the field of medicine, loves Pokemon and is extremely patient and caring. They are the heads of their respective Pokemon Centres. A Nurse Joy's Pokemon choices are predominantly Chansey and Blissey: nurturing Pokemon that aid in the Pokemon Centres.

Marina
Pendukung
Marina (Japanese: マリナ) is a Trainer from New Bark Town. Her starter was a Totodile. She received her starter Pokémon at the same time as Jimmy and Vincent. Her Japanese voice actress is 村井かずさ Kazusa Murai and her English voice actress is Kelly Davis. She appeared in The Legend of Thunder!, where she battled Attila and Hun to save Raikou with the help of Jimmy, Vincent, and Eusine. She loves cute Pokémon and cute nicknames (Little Pink for her Jigglypuff, for instance), and does synchronized movement with them when she calls them out. She appears to have somewhat of a crush on Jimmy. Her goal, unlike most other Trainers, is to be a "Pokémon Idol". The specifics of being a Pokémon Idol are never made clear in the anime, but it seems to entail putting on a show while battling. Notably, she first appeared before the debut of Pokémon Contests, though in recent appearances, she was shown to become a Coordinator herself. She also entered the Silver Conference along with Jimmy a full year before Jackson. She also loves men in capes, especially Lance, having a whole notebook full of pictures of him. She also has an attraction to Eusine as he wears a cape as well. http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Marina%28Johto%29

Elm was the top student of Professor Oak, and often argues with him over their research. Elm is also well known for his very long and unnecessary speeches. He is also absent-minded and Elm has a habit of getting incredibly wrapped up in his research that he is completely oblivious to his surroundings. Ash, Misty and Brock first met Prof. Elm in the episode Don't Touch That 'dile. After a period of travel, they met up again while he was studying in the Whirl Islands with Captain Marius, and finally again when Ash returns to New Bark Town. As the head of the Pokémon Preservation Council, he asked Ash to deliver an egg that had been poached from Mt. Silver to him. This hatched into a Larvitar, which Professor Elm then asked Ash to deliver to its home. (Source: Bulbapedia)

Officer Jenny is not a single entity. Rather, there are many Jennys working as police officers across the various regions of the Pokémon world. Generally, Officer Jennies are brave and determined, but mostly ineffective in their police duties. They fight against the likes of Team Rocket, Team Magma, Team Aqua and Team Galactic - among other miscellaneous criminals. The town/region where a certain Jenny comes from can be discerned by the symbol on their hats which always differs depending on location. Although Jennies appear mostly identical, there is some minor divergence among them, as evidenced by Brock, who is able to recognize different Jennies on numerous occasions. Brock appears to be the only character who can tell them apart. However, each Jenny has a different symbol on her hat that indicates location. There seem to be two Viridian Jennies, as during the Indigo League, two Jennies with the same hat symbol were seen side-by-side. (We know that the symbol in question--a star--indicates Viridian due to previous episodes.) One of the Viridian Jennies maintains a fierce rivalry with the Jenny of Eterna City. Although there are many exceptions, Officer Jenny will generally have Growlithe to use as a police dog. There is a very distinct parallel between the families of Officer Jenny and Nurse Joy. This may indicate some sort of relation or deeper connection, and fans have sometimes speculated about such. However, the only thing known about the two families is that they are apparently on good terms. Ash's Squirtle was given to an Officer Jenny who fights fires. It is the leader of a group of four other Squirtle known as the "Squirtle Squad", who serve as the local firefighting team. A young Officer Jenny named Marble appeared in Luxray Vision!. She was in charge of looking for "The Bandit Beauties Three." She was also voiced by 西村ちなみ Chinami Nishimura in Japanese, but voiced by Meghan McCracken in English. An Officer Jenny from Kanto appeared in Stealing the Conversation! with a Chatot as her partner. Apparently, she had come all the way to Sinnoh to capture Jessie, James, and Meowth.

Dr. Shiranui
Pendukung
Professor Sebastian (Japanese: シラヌイ博士 Dr. Shiranui) is a member of Team Rocket who has appeared in several episodes of the Pokémon anime. His Japanese voice actor is Hidetoshi Nakamura and his English voice actor is Eric Stuart. He appeared in The Legend of Thunder!, and later on in the main series during Talkin' 'Bout an Evolution and Rage of Innocence. He also appeared briefly in Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea. Personality Every occasion he is seen by the viewer, he remains calm and talks with a steady even tone. As he is only seen in moments of scientific importance and victory, it cannot be said if this demeanor carries over to every situation, or if this behavior has been modulated to the scientific environment and all business that stems from there on in. Relationships with other members He works with Tyson and gives commands to Hun and Attila. Tyson seems to hold at least his scientific mind in great regard. As Hun, Attila, and Tyson are of the same rank, Sebastian might work with agents of their rank often. Arsenal and abilities He is in charge of a sizable crew of scientists, and they seem to work on a variety of things. He is known for the creation of the crystal system that traps Electric-type Pokémon with their own power and a beam that forces Pokémon to evolve. (Source: Bulbapedia)

Vincent or Jackson (Japanese: ジュンイチ Jun'ichi) is the third protagonist of The Legend of Thunder!. His English name when he is seen in the Silver Conference is Jackson; his English name in The Legend of Thunder!, however, is Vincent. His starter Pokémon was Chikorita, received from Professor Elm of New Bark Town, at the same time as Jimmy and Marina received their Cyndaquil and Totodile. He has a crush on Marina. Knowing Marina admires people who wear capes, Vincent dresses up in a cape to impress her. He has also used different personae in a bid to impress her. While it is disputed whether Jackson was one, he calls himself Fabu-Vinny in The Legend of Thunder!, as Marina calls Lance Fabu-Lance. Vincent sees Jimmy as a rival for Marina's attraction, which is not unfounded as QuestShipping is near-canon. As Jackson, he first appeared in Tie One On! where he battled Ash Ketchum in the final battle of the preliminaries of the Silver Conference. The match ended in a draw but Ash proceeded to the next round on points as Jackson had lost his previous match. (Source: Bulbapedia)

Minaki

Anime: In the anime episode For Ho-Oh the Bells Toll!, he comes off as a proud and arrogant person with a slight superiority complex and exhibits a near-religious fervor for Suicune, challenging Ash for daring to say that he'd met the legendary beast. This may just be a form of jealousy on his part, for Ash had also seen Ho-Oh as well, while he has yet to encounter any himself. In the same episode, when he finally saw Suicune, he tried to capture it partially for ego gratification, ironically making him no better than the people who he's mentioned are unworthy for it. This is somewhat interesting compared to his appearance in The Legend of Thunder! when he mentions Suicune only once, and then only in reference to the other beasts. In The Legend of Thunder!, he assists Jimmy, Marina, and Vincent in their battle against Attila and Hun. Marina falls for him because he wears a cape. He is apparently very close friends with Morty, who is also an expert on the Ecruteak legends. Morty acts as Eusine's voice of reason, trying to convince him to calm down and ease up, but to no avail. When Eusine leaves suddenly at the end of the episode, Morty's lack of surprise indicates that this has happened before. Manga: In Pokémon Adventures he is quite the showoff, especially towards women, performing flashy magic tricks and even giving out autographed pictures of himself. He flies around on a Jumpluff. He seems to be a close friend of Morty's, as the Gym Leader is helping him in the hunt for Suicune. He is first seen being spoken of by Morty, who states that Eusine had him use his powers to try and find Suicune, to no avail. After Morty is defeated by Suicune he contacts Eusine, who goes off to catch it himself. During his hunt he runs into Crystal, who accidently shocks Arckee with his Electrode, proclaiming them rivals and disappears. He then visits and old couple and tricks them into giving him Moomoo Milk by "curing" their Miltank. However Crystal followed him and found out that Eusine really put a berry in its mouth and manipulated the nice couple, to which Eusine doesn't seem to care. They then encounter Suicune, which turns out to really just be a Ditto sent by Team Rocket to distract them. The two of them were able to let Suicune escape and Eusine defeated the Team Rocket Elite Trio. [credit to bulbapedia]
