Kei

Utama

Female · Umur 19 (Flash: 17) · Gol. darah A

Birthday: (in Flash) January 1, 2231 Kei is a Trouble Consultant with the WWWA, an intergalactic "peace organization", with military interventionist tendancies. She and her partner, Yuri, are genetically enhanced, making them excellent fighters. Together, they are charged with taking care of problems for the WWWA, often involving bountyhunter-type activites, assasination, and occasion diplomatic missions. Wherever the two travel, massive destruction occurs, this has given the two the nickname "Dirty Pair". Whole planets sometimes begin evacuation when word of their arrival spreads. For that reason, they travel discreetly whenever possible. Kei is the more assertive of the two. She flirts with men constantly, often leading to trouble, and is a vicious spoilsport with a short fuse. Her weapon of choice is usually a very large gun, and she gets very excited when given an opportunity to fire a huge weapon. She has a tendency towards violence and overreacting, which is tamed by Yuri's mild demeanor and contemplativeness. It can be said that while Kei is a total horndog for men, she truly, deeply cares about only one thing- and that's Yuri.

Female · Umur 19 (Flash: 17) · Gol. darah A

Birthday: (in Flash) March 3, 2231 Yuri is a Trouble Consultant with the WWWA, an intergalactic "peace organization", with military interventionist tendencies. She and her partner, Kei, are genetically enhanced, making them excellent fighters. Together, they are charged with taking care of problems for the WWWA, often involving bountyhunter-type activities, assassination, and occasion diplomatic missions. Wherever the two travel, massive destruction occurs, this has given the two the nickname "Dirty Pair". Whole planets sometimes begin evacuation when word of their arrival spreads. For that reason, they travel discreetly whenever possible. Yuri is demure and doesn't speak as often or as loudly as Kei. Yuri likes romantic men, and longs for her childhood sweetheart, Billy Galet. She uses is small caliber hand blaster as her weapon of choice, and is often ridiculed by Kei for using such a wimpy gun. She also likes using the elegant, yet often ineffective "bloody card" as a weapon. This razor-like rectangular throwing weapon is often worn as earring jewelry. Yuri is a deep-thinking pacifist compared to her partner, but will engage in extreme, tear-filled violent acts of vengeance whenever Kei is harmed. Sometimes it is difficult to tell if these are the actions of a "mother-figure", or an "unrequited lover". Additionally, Yuri displays hostile jealousy towards the many men in Kei's life. Yuri is a very caring individual, but when it comes to Kei, the caring reaches an amazing new order of magnitude. The two have known one another since at least gradeschool, and are, at a minimum, best friends- on rare occasion hinting at something more beneath the surface. (Source: Absolute Anime, edited)

There is nothing that Poporo would like to do more than to place Kei and Yuri in permanent desk jobs. But since all assignments are handled by the 3WA's central computer, he's out of luck. The best he can do now is try to shepherd the girls along with their assignments and hope for the best. Now if he can only get his wife to stop calling him at work to dictate grocery lists. Poporo has one daughter from a previous marriage, Rosa. (source: Absolute Anime)

Gazelle

Pendukung

Male

The coach from hell... this is the best description of Gazelle. He is a brutal taskmaster, who has only one way to play beach volleyball... HIS WAY! And if you don't agree with him... it's too bad... for the unlucky trainee who has him! 3WA Chief Poporo, thru the organizations central ultraframe computer, assigned Kei and Yuri to compete in the Northern Concern's Galaxy Cup championship, the purpose: to arrest the Concern's president, who had a very corrupt reputation. Since the Lovely Angels had no experience in beach volleyball, they were sent to the 3WA's training facility, where Gazelle was waiting for them. He then put the girls through a harsh training regiment, which barely bordered on torture. All the while, Gazelle harshly criticized the Angels, demeaning and insulting them.
